The Encyclopedia of Peptides

Peptide dosing chart

Most dosing charts list compounds against numbers. This one does something more useful first: it tells you what kind of dose information exists at all for each of the 110 peptides, because that determines how much weight any number deserves.

A figure from an approved label and a figure circulating on a forum are not the same kind of fact, and a chart that prints them in the same column quietly says they are.

What this is The four dosing bands, applied to every entry
What it is not A list of doses to follow, or medical advice
Edition 1.0, regulatory status as at 16 September 2026

The four bands

Band 1, Approved dosing. A regulator has reviewed the evidence and approved a dose for a named indication. The label is the authority.

Band 2, Studied in trials. Doses used in published human trials, under supervision we cannot reproduce. Not approved dosing.

Band 3, Commonly reported. What circulates in community and clinic use, described and not recommended. No trial has established it.

Band 4, Insufficient data. No reliable human dosing information exists. In a few cases we also decline to repeat circulating figures where the harm profile makes that irresponsible.

The bands are published in full in how we rate evidence.

Why there is no number column

For Band 1 the number belongs to the label, and the label is specific to an indication, a formulation and a patient group that a chart cannot carry. For Band 2 it belongs to a trial, with its supervision and monitoring. For Band 3 there is no authority behind the figure at all, only repetition. For Band 4 there is nothing.

Each entry carries its own dosing section with the band stated and the source named. That is where a number can be read with the context that makes it mean anything.

Educational reference, not medical advice, and not a recommendation to use any compound. Dosing decisions belong with a qualified clinician who knows the person in front of them.
