NAD+ and Precursors
Also known as NMN, nicotinamide mononucleotide, NR, nicotinamide riboside, NAD+ IV.
What it is
NAD+ is a coenzyme, and NMN and NR are vitamin B3 derivatives that raise it. They have a substantial body of human trials showing they raise NAD+, while clinical benefit is still being studied. They are not peptides. They are included because they are central to the same longevity conversation, are available from the same suppliers, and are often discussed alongside MOTS-c and SS-31, and because it helps readers to know they are a different class.
