TB-500
Also known as Thymosin Beta-4 fragment, TB500.
What it is
TB-500 is a synthetic fragment of Thymosin Beta-4, a naturally occurring protein involved in cell migration and tissue repair. It is a piece of that protein, not the whole thing.{{CITE:rahaman-2024-tb500}} That distinction is often overlooked, and it is the most important fact on this page.
TB-500 has been studied mainly in animal models of healing and tissue repair. It is not approved anywhere yet, and supply today is mainly through research-chemical suppliers.
